Reflection
Our research on the Rwandan Genocide explores the historical trauma, societal transformation, and global responsibility which influenced by the conflict and resolution. The website we constructed serves as an interactive platform, analysing historical evidence, survivor testimonies, and analytical perspectives to present a complete narrative. During the development, we prioritised accessibility and engagement, structuring content to highlight key themes and encourage a critical response. Visual elements and timelines enhance user experience, ensuring clarity in understanding complex events. Furthermore, the presentation showcases the theme by illustrating historical analysis with the potential effects of the conflict back then, emphasising the key relevance of recognizing marginalized voices in conflict narratives. Ultimately, our website demonstrates that conflict and resolution shape history, society, and personal growth and they are a call to acknowledge, understand, and prevent future injustices through informed knowledge and collective awareness.
